摘要
研究基于"国家大学生学情调查"(NCSS)2023年数据,对我国大学生就业选择期望进行统计分析,研究发现:大学生就业选择内在结构总体维持平衡,"风险规避"是就业选择主基调;匹配期望学科差异明显,院校支持暗藏发展风险;就业选择期望地域差异分化,"理性抉择"逐渐成为主流.研究建议:转变就业指导工作理念,塑造"全方位"育人立方体;创新分类治理体系机制,构建"全过程"育人智慧体;深化专业建设改革力度,促进大学生高质量充分就业,提升大学阶段学习获得感.
Abstract
Based on the data of National College Student Survey(NCSS)2023,the study statistically analyzes the expectations of employment choices of college students in China.The study found that:the internal structure of college students'employment choices is generally balanced,and"risk avoidance"is the main tone of employment choices;there are obvious differences in the disciplines of matching expectations,and the support of colleges and universities hides the development of hollows;the geographical differences in the expectations of employment choices are polarized,and"rational choice"has gradually become mainstream.The study suggests that:changing the concept of employment guidance work,shaping the"all-round"nurturing cube;innovating the classification governance system and mechanism,constructing the"whole process"nurturing wisdom;deepening the reform of professional construction,constructing the"comprehensive"nurturing multi-faceted.The concept of guidance work should be shaped into an"all-around"education cube.
