The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Professional Identity of Oncology Professional Postgraduates
A self-designed questionnaire was conducted among 109 oncology professional postgraduates in Peking University Cancer Hospital.The data were analyzed by t-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The professional identity of oncology professional postgraduates is at a slightly upper-middle level.The average score of professional identity was 3.78.Each dimension is divided between 3.59 and 4.11 points.The professional identity was mainly influenced by political status.Student cadres have higher professional behavior and expectation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no statistically differences in gender,education stage,grade,residing,whether only child and whether at least one of the parents worked in medicine(P>0.05).In order to cultivate qualified oncology professionals,it should be building a harmonious medical environment,vocational guidance should be brought into play,and employment education should be integrated with ideological and political education and practical education.
