Abstract
This paper utilizes literature review and case study methods to explore the application and impact of Artificial Intelligence(AI)in human resource recruitment and selection.The research indicates that AI technology can increase the efficiency of recruitment processes,reduce costs,and improve the precision of talent matching.Moreover,the paper analyzes the limitations of AI technology,including potential algorithmic biases and privacy concerns.The paper further discusses the potential effects of AI technology on organizational structures and HR roles,offering corresponding management suggestions.Lastly,it anticipates the innovative trends of AI in future human resource management,emphasizing the importance of establishing appropriate ethical and legal frameworks.
