Reflections and Explorations on the High-quality Promotion of Employment in Universities under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces
In order to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of new quality productive forces and promote high-quality employment work in universities under the new situation,universities need to focus on the core issues of"whom to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate",clarify the characteristics and requirements of"new quality talents",and carry out a series of reforms tailored to local conditions:strengthen value guidance to cultivate builders and successors,optimize the layout of disciplines and majors oriented towards the future,promote the training process with interdisciplinary,integrated,and innovative characteristics,expand high-quality employment services through multiple collaborations,exchanges and mutual learning to enhance students'international competence,effectively optimize the supply of high-quality,new quality productivity talents,and promote"high quality,high employment rate,and high achievement in personal growth"of graduates.
