The employability of college students is not only related to the employment quality and career development of college students,but also related to the effect of developing new quality productivity.The development of new quality productivity requires a large number of high-quality innovative talents,which puts forward new requirements for the talent training mode of colleges and universities.With the deepening development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the mismatch between the employability of college students and the demand of the talent market is more prominent.Starting from the connotation of the employability of college students,this paper expounds the quality requirements,status quo and existing problems of the employability of college students under the background of developing new quality productivity and puts forward the path strategies for improving the employability of college students from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum and teaching mode,cultivating cross-border integration ability and digital ability.
