In recent years,the concept of young slashers has received widespread attention from the public.And almost at the same time,there have been the emergence of undergraduate slashers in college campus.This group of new generation bravely explores diverse social roles and seeks richer life value experiences or more social opportunities while completing their studies.This article summarizes the concept and connotation of college slashers based on literature,and analyzes their ability traits,double-sided effects,and needs towards future career development through 514 online questionnaire and 30 in-dept interviews.Finally,based on the research findings,relevant suggestions are proposed for college students,government,higher education institutions,and the employers in the market.
