Practice and Analysis of Employment Work for Undergraduates Majoring in Information Science and Technology in Universities under the Background of High-quality Employment
In the current context of high-quality employment,the employment of college graduates is particularly important.However,many graduates lack awareness and experience of employment,leading to increasingly prominent phenomena of skill panic,slow employment and lazy employment.This paper focuses on this issue,deeply analyzes the pain points and difficulties of graduates'employment work,and proposes suggestions.
