Research on Emergency and Promotion Strategies for Employment in Colleges Universities During Public Crisis
The abnormal fluctuation of economy caused by the public crisis will cause the restructuring of industry and industry pattern,bring about the fluctuation of the job market,and make college students face unprecedented challenges in the face of numerous job opportunities.Based on the comprehensive reflection of past practice,this paper explores the possible path of establishing the emergency mechanism of employment in colleges and universities in public crisis and developing employment promotion strategies by combing,discovering and exploring the history,problems and causes,in order to provide thinking reference for improving the management ability and management level of employment crisis in colleges and universities and improving the employment system in colleges and universities.
