A Comparative Study of Emplyment Guidance Services for College Graduates in China and Japan
This paper starts with a comparison of the background of the introduction of policies related to the career guidance service of university graduates in China and Japan.The author selects Peking University and Tsinghua University as typical representatives of Chinese universities,and University of Tokyo,Kyoto University and Waseda University as typical representatives of Japanese universities,and conducts a comparative analysis of the career guidance services in Chinese and Japanese universities from five aspects:curriculum setting,career education and employment guidance,individual consultation guidance,key field guidance and information platform construction.Based on the results of the comparative study,suggestions are made on the employment guidance service of college graduates in China from the aspects of establishing professional values,classifying student groups,decomposition of the entire job seeking process,mining and application of alumni resources,and construction of"one-stop"information system for employment guidance.
