摘要
职业价值观对个体求职就业具有指向性作用,识别"00后"女大学生职业价值观的特点对其职业生涯发展具有现实意义.采用自陈式方法收集130份文本资料,运用编码和频次统计方法发现,"00后"女大学生就业最为看重工资待遇,其次是人际关系,再次是工作时间、工作地点;较为看重成长和发展、职业兴趣、轻松舒适、安全稳定等要素.结合"00后"女大学生职业价值观的特点,可从职业价值观引导、务实观念灌注、奋斗精神培育、平等就业环境创设等方面予以干预.
Abstract
The occupational values have a directive effect on individual's job-seeking.Identifying the characteristics of the post-00s female undergraduates'occupational values has practical significance for their career development.The self-report method was used to collect text data,and the coding and frequency statistical methods were used to analyse the 130 text data.The results show that the post-00s female undergraduates paid the most attention to wages,followed by interpersonal relationships,and then working hours,working place;more emphasis is placed on growth and development,vocational interest,comfortable and stable.According these,the countermeasures were proposed.Such as occupational values guiding,pragmatic concept perfusing,struggle spirit cultivating,equal employment environment creating,and so on.
