高校毕业生灵活就业现状及影响因素探究——基于问卷调查数据的实证分析

本文基于对全国2017-2023年高校毕业生的2260份问卷调查数据,探究了我国高校毕业生灵活就业的现状及影响因素.研究发现:第一,近年来高校毕业生灵活就业率的上升对稳定毕业去向落实率发挥了关键作用.第二,男性、受教育年限较低、毕业院校层次较低、对个人发展机会较不看重的高校毕业生选择灵活就业的概率显著较高.总体来看,灵活就业是许多难以跨越标准就业"门槛"的高校毕业生的无奈之举.第三,地区平台经济发展水平提升显著提高了该地区就业的高校毕业生选择灵活就业的概率.本研究可为发挥灵活就业对高校毕业生的吸纳作用从而提升其毕业去向落实率提供重要的政策建议.
Exploration of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Flexible Employment for College Graduates:Empirical Analysis Based on Questionnaire Survey Data
Based on the data obtained from a nationwide survey of 2,260 college graduates from 2017-2023,this article explores the current situation and influencing factors of flexible employment of college graduates in China.Research has found that:1.The rise in the flexible employment rate of college graduates in recent years has played a key role in stabilizing the employment rate.2.Male college graduates with lower education levels,lower levels of graduation institutions and less emphasis on personal development opportunities have a significantly higher probability of choosing flexible employment.Overall,flexible employment is a helpless choice for many college graduates who find it difficult to cross the"threshold"of formal employment.3.The development of regional platform economy has significantly increased the probability of choosing flexible employment for college graduates employed in this region.This study can provide important policy recommendations for bringing into play the role of flexible employment in attracting college graduates and improving their employment rate.
