高校毕业生就业地域选择影响因素研究

本文基于对吉林省2018-2023届部分毕业生调研数据和吉林省高校近年来就业育人相关实践成果,以职业发展的生态学理论作为研究依托,通过实证分析方法,探究高校就业育人工作对促进毕业生选择留在吉林省内就业的作用,厘清"就业育人-高校毕业生就业地域选择-东北振兴战略"三者间的作用关系,并因应提出了基于东北振兴战略的就业育人模式.
Employment-education,Regional Employment Choices of University Graduates,and the Revitalization Strategy of Northeast China:A Case Study of Jilin Province
Based on survey data of graduates from 2018 to 2023 in Jilin Province and the recent practical achievements of employment-education in universities in Jilin,this paper uses the ecological theory of career development as the research foundation.Through empirical analysis methods,it explores the role of employment-education in universities in promoting graduates to choose employment within Jilin Province.The paper clarifies the relationship among"employment-education,regional employment choices of university graduates,and the revitalization strategy of Northeast China,"and proposes an employment-education model based on the revitalization strategy of Northeast China.
