摘要

培养与新质生产力相适应的高素质人才,不断提升大学生就业能力是新时代高校的责任和使命.基于此,应开展以就业能力培养为导向的高校人才培养改革.培养就业能力,需坚持需求驱动、柔性响应、结果导向、闭环验证的基本思路;统筹兼顾,在供给、需求侧开展充分调研,以调研结果为导向优化专业设置、课程设计、课堂教学,并推动就业改革.

Abstract

Cultivating high-quality talents that are compatible with new-type productive forces and continuously enhancing the employability of college students are the responsibilities and missions of universities in the new era.Based on this,it is necessary to carry out the reform of university talent cultivation oriented by employment competence development.To cultivate employment competence,it is necessary to adhere to the basic ideas of demand-driven,flexible response,result-oriented,and closed-loop verification.We should make overall plans and take into account all aspects,conduct sufficient research on both the supply and demand sides,optimize major settings,curriculum design,and classroom teaching based on the research results,and promote employment reform.
