Chinese Characteristics Apprenticeship is an innovative educational and training model aimed at enhancing the skills adaptability of university graduates,strengthening their vocational identity,and broadening their employment opportunities through school-enterprise cooperation.However,issues such as insufficient participation from businesses,uneven distribution of educational resources,and inadequate protection mechanisms for apprentices'rights constrain the effectiveness of apprenticeships in improving the quality of employment.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve policies and regulations,strengthen cooperation between enterprises and universities,enhance the quality of education and teaching,and increase government support.Through these adjustment strategies,the quality of employment for university graduates can be effectively improved,promoting the harmonious development of the economy and society.
