Research on the Employment Policy Text of Chinese College Graduates in the Popularization Stage of Higher Education
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.As China's higher education enters the stage of popularization,the employment situation faced by college graduates is becoming increasingly complex.The central and local governments have successively introduced policies to promote high-quality and full employment for college graduates.This study takes 62 employment policy texts for college graduates as the research object,and analyzes their characteristic attributes and text content from dimensions such as release time,release unit,policy subject,and policy background.Research has found that since entering the stage of popularizing higher education,China's employment policies for college students have shown characteristics such as an increasingly perfect system,focusing on supply and demand issues,and constantly keeping up with the times.But there are also problems,it is suggested to further optimize the policy structure design and refine the policy content;Further clarify the main body of policy implementation and define the responsibilities of relevant departments;Further highlight the value of policy education and pay attention to policy audiences.
