提升就业力是确保大学生实现高质量就业及其职业理想的关键要素,已经成为国际组织和各国政府高等教育的重要目标之一.大学生就业力是人力资本、社会资本、个体态度与行为以及劳动力市场变量的组合.当前,国际社会将就业力提升纳入高等教育的未来图景,作为衡量高校绩效的重要指标,并通过开展大规模毕业生就业力调查把握大学生就业动态.基于多样性、包容性与终身性等原则,中国高校应根据高等教育与劳动力市场新形势,构建大学生就业工作新格局;加强校企合作,提升大学生就业的关键技能和拓展社会网络;提升就业内驱力,树立积极的就业态度和行为,从而顺利实现从学校到就业的过渡.
The Graduate Employability:Connotation Interpretation,International Action and Improvement Strategies
Enhancing graduate employability is a key element in ensuring that college students achieve their high-quality employment and career aspirations,which has become one of the most important goals of higher education for both international organizations and governments around the world.Graduate employability is a combination of human capital,social capital,individual attitude and action,as well as market variables.Currently,enhancing graduate employability has been incorporated into the future prospects of higher education,has become an important indicator to measure the performance of higher education institutions(HEIs).Large-scale surveys on graduate employability have been conducted to understand the employment situation of college students.Based on the principles of diversity,inclusiveness and lifelong learning,HEIs in China should build a new pattern of graduate employment based on the new situation of higher education and labor market;Strengthen school enterprise cooperation to enhance college students'key competencies and expand their social networks;enhance employability motivation and help college students establish positive employment attitudes and behaviors.
