摘要
在全球化背景下,全球胜任力作为重要的全球公民教育战略与全球治理战略,在国际人才培养方面正发挥着举足轻重的作用,也是众多国际化职业所必需的基本素养.本文以问卷调查与深度访谈为资料收集方法,深入了解当前高校大学生对全球胜任力内涵的理解以及自我能力评估.系统梳理当前关于全球胜任力的研究,确定核心能力,设置针对性课程,并在此基础上,选取一批大学生参加周期培训,并在前后期对其进行能力对比测评,以验证本文"5+X"培养路径的有效性及科学性,进一步推动国际教育发展接轨国际化就业趋势.
Abstract
Global Competence has been considered the key concept for global citizen educations and global governance strategies.This adds its significance to global talent training,making global competence skills the cornerstone of a plethora of careers with international needs.This paper uses questionnaires and focus group interviews to examine Chinese college students'general understandings of global competence,as well as their self-evaluations on related skill sets.Based on the test results,this paper then develops a"5+X"talent cultivation framework,which focuses on students'international competence skills oriented toward global career development in the future.
