Research on the Path of Improving College Students'Employment Ability
This paper focuses on the current situation that college students'employability needs to be improved urgently.Starting with the concept definition and structure analysis of college students'employability,this paper makes an empirical study through online questionnaire sampling survey.Based on the five dimensions of the structural elements of college students'employability,this paper analyzes the sample data from four levels:individuals,universities,enterprises and governments,and finds that the current college students'employment awareness is insufficient and their ability is weak.Lack of attention in colleges and universities,imperfect employment education and teaching system,and imperfect employment guidance and service are key problems that hinder the improvement of college students'employability.On this basis,it puts forward the ways to improve college students'employment awareness and employability,and measures that colleges and universities should pay more attention to,strengthen education and teaching,and improve employment guidance and service,so as to realize the overall improvement of college students'employability and inject new"living water"into the employment market.
