Research on Classification Evaluation of Employment Work for College Graduates
Through literature research and overall study on the employment work assessment scheme of college graduates in many provinces and at all levels in the country,following the principles of comprehensive and forward-looking evaluation content,proper indicator setting and emphasis on work process evaluation,combined with expert demonstration,we construct an classification evaluation index system for the employment work of Jiangsu college graduates,which consists of 5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators.And the connotation of the index is systematically explained.At the same time,multiple analysis methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Consultation were used to analyze and set the weights of indicators,and an evaluation algorithm model was constructed.Finally,the implementation rules of the classification evaluation method for the employment work of college graduates are put forward,which strengthens the work orientation of establishing moral and cultivating talents,and promotes the synergies between employment and enrollment,talent cultivation and professional construction.
