Configurations of Employment Satisfaction for College Students:Evidence from the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis
Enhancing the employment satisfaction of college students holds significant importance for societal stability,rational flow and allocation of human resources,as well as fostering a healthy economic development.Employing dual-factor theory and survey data,this study utilizes the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the comprehensive impact of six factors—namely,compensation,administrative management,interpersonal relationships,promotion opportunities,job satisfaction,and recognition—on the employment satisfaction of college students.Based on these findings,a series of strategic recommendations are proposed for promoting the improvement of college students'employment satisfaction.
