Factors Affecting Employment Quality of University Students and Enhancement Strategies
Employment is fundamental to people's livelihoods,and improving employment quality is a core task in contemporary employment work.This paper,through theoretical analysis and survey interviews,defines the concept of employment quality for university students and develops an evaluation indicator system.By conducting a questionnaire survey of employed university graduates,it analyzes their employment status and the main influencing factors.The survey results indicate that key factors affecting the employment quality of university students include:misalignment between academic programs and market demand,insufficient practical skills of graduates,incomplete employment service system,and low organizational culture fit.Based on these findings and practical considerations,this paper proposes corresponding policy recommendations from the perspectives of universities,enterprises,and the government,aiming to further enhance the overall employment quality of university students.
