The paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current employment concept education in colleges and universities and the common problems existing in college students'employment values.The paper collates and analyzes the positive cultural elements related to employment and their significance in Chinese traditional culture.Based on the actual work of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the paper explains the practical methods and paths integrating the excellent traditional Chinese culture into curriculum teaching,ideological and political brand building,practical activities,role models,and campus environment,leading to the shaping of students'correct employment values.
