大学生毕业生就业表现出单份工作持续时间较短和频繁换工的短工化问题.在马克思劳动价值观视域下,大学生就业短工化主要源于其劳动价值观的偏差.一方面,对劳动意义和生活内涵的认识存在偏差,存在对劳动片面、主观的错误认知;另一方面,片面追求劳动创造美好生活的结果而忽视劳动过程与劳动结果的辩证统一.就业短工化不利于大学毕业生职业能力的持续成长,增加用人单位人力资源成本,同时也扰乱劳动力市场的正常秩序.高校必须在学校教育中找回劳动价值观,加强对大学生的劳动价值观教育,从理论课程教学和实践实习环节,针对在职人员与学生交流等多个方面强化马克思主义劳动价值观的培育,帮助学生树立符合社会主义新时代要求的马克思主义劳动价值观,为社会主义现代化建设贡献力量.
Research on Short-term Employment of College Graduates from the Perspective of Marx's Labor Values
The employment of college graduates shows the problem of short duration of single job and frequent job change.From the perspective of Marx's labor values,the temporary employment of college students mainly results from the deviation of their labor values.On the one hand,there are some deviations in the understanding of the meaning of work and life.On the other hand,the dialectical unity of labor process and labor result is neglected in the one-sided pursuit of the result of creating a better life through labor.Temporary employment is not conducive to the continuous growth of college graduates'professional ability,increases the cost of human resources for employers,and also disrupts the normal order of the labor market.Colleges and universities must find work in the school education values,strengthen the labor values education of college students,from theory teaching and practice,practice link,including multiple levels to strengthen on-the-job personnel communication with students of development of the marxist labor values for college students to help students set up the meet the requirements of the new socialist era of marxism labor values,make contributions to the socialist modernization construction.
