Exploration and Practice of International Application-oriented Talent Training in Intelligent Manufacturing under the Background of"the Belt and Road"
With the deepening of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,the demand of Chinese manufacturing enterprises serving the countries along the Belt and Road for qualified and application-oriented talents with specific positions is constantly changing,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of international application-oriented talents in colleges and universities.Based on the modern industry college jointly built by Shenyang Institute of Technology and Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co.,Ltd.,and through the"Six Co"mechanism,Russian language training is integrated into the new engineering majors in the field of intelligent manufacturing,and a new international applied talent training model of"professional+language"is constructed.By determining the reform direction,innovating the training mode,and clarifying the implementation path,we will explore a new way to cultivate international applied talents in the intelligent manufacturing field for the service of the"the Belt and Road"initiative,drive high-quality employment of students,and provide reference for the cultivation of international applied talents in colleges and universities.
