Adhere to Demand Orientation and Accelerate the Establishment of an Adaptation Mechanism between Industrial Demand and Talent Cultivation
At present,high-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. To enhance the support and contribution of education to high quality,the key is to accelerate the formation of an adaptation mechanism between industrial demand and talent cultivation. Establishing a supply-demand adaptation mechanism is a realistic need to further promote new industrialization,a key measure to improve the allocation efficiency of educational resources,and an inevitable requirement to alleviate the structural contradiction of employment. Through the joint efforts of all parties,the scale,structure and quality of talent cultivation in China have been significantly improved,but compared with the needs of industrial development,there are still problems such as quantitative mismatch,structural mismatch,capacity mismatch and regional mismatch. So,we should build a data platform for the docking of production and education,further promote the integration of production and education,carry out evaluation and employment guidance,and further consolidate the adaptation foundation between industrial demand and talent cultivation.
