Employment is the biggest concern of people's livelihood,and flexible employment is an important path for high-quality and fully-employed college graduates. In the stage of development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance and employment service for flexible employment to ensure the orderliness and sustainability of flexible employment. Based on the research of "status-motivation-characteristics",this study analyzes the overall trend,group characteristics,employment distribution,employment recognition,and dilemmas of college graduates' flexible employment in Guangxi,and proposes targeted support and guidance,optimization of structure,and corporate-social cooperation as policy suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of college graduates' flexible employment in the new employment form.
