Exploring the Employment Status and Problems of Undergraduates of Clinical Medicine Specialties
With the continuous development of China's medical and health care,undergraduate graduates of clinical medicine have become the main force of employment in the medical and health care industry. The study selected the 2021-2023 non-directional undergraduate graduates of clinical medicine from Qinghai University as the object of the study,and through the analysis of the information on the graduation destination,nature of the unit,the unit's industry,and the region to which it goes,it discusses the problems and reasons for the employment of undergraduate graduates of clinical medicine,and puts forward suggestions for guiding the employment departments of colleges and universities to scientifically carry out the work of employment guidance,and to help the governmental departments and the employers in medical and health care to reasonably formulate the policy on the introduction of talents.
