高校创业教育是提高人才自主培养质量,促进大学生高质量充分就业的重要举措.美国高校创业教育理念变迁经历了三个阶段:以创造就业岗位为目标的功利主义创业教育理念,以培养创新创业人才为目标的实用主义创业教育理念,和以促进个体自我实现为目标的人本主义创业教育理念.人本主义导向下,美国高校大力推进全校性创业教育,提升大学生就业竞争力;打造成熟的创业教育体系,提高大学生自主创业能力;构建完善的创业支持系统,推动大学生创业项目商业化.促进我国高校创业教育赋能大学生就业,要遵循以人为本的创业教育理念、优化创业课程体系、提供全方位的创业支持等途径,持续改革和完善高校创业教育体系.
Experience and Inspiration of Entrepreneurship Education on College Students' Employment in American Universities
Entrepreneurship education in universities is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training and promote high-quality and full employment for college students. The evolution of entrepreneurship education philosophy in American universities has gone through three stages:utilitarian entrepreneurship education philosophy aimed at creating job opportunities,pragmatic entrepreneurship education philosophy aimed at cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and humanistic entrepreneurship education philosophy aimed at promoting individual self-realization. American universities promote entrepreneurship education across the entire school to enhance the employability of college students;build a mature entrepreneurship education system to improve the ability of college students to start their own businesses;and build a comprehensive entrepreneurship support system to propel the commercialization of college student' entrepreneurship projects. Chinese universities should follow the humanistic entrepreneurship education philosophy,optimize the entrepreneurship curriculum system,and provide comprehensive entrepreneurship support to promote the reform of entrepreneurship education in universities,in order to help college students find employment.
