Ecological optimization and mechanism innovation are not only inherent needs for improving the quality of employment work,but also the key to fully unleashing the value of "employment education". According to the concept of "four chains integration" put forward by the Ministry of Education,Zhejiang University has built an employment and education ecology with efficient collaboration of education chain,talent chain,employment chain and industry chain,and the integration of all links and various elements. It has promoted the linkage of universities,industries and markets in the overall arrangement of education,science and technology and talents,making employment an important force for the transformation and upgrading of enabling industries,and providing a strong support for the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
