Four Chain Integration:Ecological Optimization and Mechanism Innovation of Employment and Education
Ecological optimization and mechanism innovation are not only inherent needs for improving the quality of employment work,but also the key to fully unleashing the value of "employment education". According to the concept of "four chains integration" put forward by the Ministry of Education,Zhejiang University has built an employment and education ecology with efficient collaboration of education chain,talent chain,employment chain and industry chain,and the integration of all links and various elements.
