With the deepening of the construction of an educational powerhouse,the total number of graduates of colleges and universities has reached new highs. Under the background of the "four new" construction,strengthening the construction of first-class undergraduate employment and entrepreneurship courses is not only an effective way and important method for first-class universities to carry out student employment work,but also an important content of the work of cultivating virtue and cultivating people in first-class universities in the new era. At present,the employment and entrepreneurship courses of undergraduate students in colleges and universities generally have four problems:lack of understanding and attention to first-class standards,insufficient construction of course content,construction of teachers to be strengthened,and gaps between curriculum settings and actual effects and main needs. In view of this,first-class colleges and universities should increase the degree of course attention,standardize teaching content,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve curriculum design,build first-class undergraduate employment and entrepreneurship courses,guide students to smoothly enter the society and become qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause.
