自2022年底面世以来,以AIGC(人工智能生成内容)为代表的新一代AI技术迅速席卷全球,引发产业与职业的深刻变革.在我国,该项技术因其空前的智能水平和极强的通用性、易用性,已经广泛进入不同行业和职业的工作流程,承接生产与服务场景,对就业市场形成正反两方面的影响:一方面,打开效率和创造力跃升的新途径;另一方面,对部分就业岗位形成冲击.从趋势看,"人机协作"将是主流工作方式,"AI助理"是人机协作的重要产品形态,个人"AI能力"是人机协作的微观基础.当前,AI能力已经表现为一项独立的人才关键指标.围绕AI能力,一场"企业主导、政府支持、个人积极参与"的人力资源升级行动已经启动.
The Logic,Appearance,and Various Responses of AI's Impact on Employment in China
Since its launch at the end of 2022,the new generation of AI technology represented by the big language model has swept the world,triggering profound changes in industries and professions.In China,this technology,due to its minimalist interactive approach,is promoting the wider and deeper application of cloud computing in various industries,leveraging the multiplier effect of"computing power x human resources",improving the efficiency and creativity of the whole society,and opening up a new path for the acceleration of total factor productivity growth.Human machine collaboration has gradually become the mainstream way of working,and enterprises use the product form of AI assistants to coordinate and empower employees,activate dormant industry and enterprise knowledge and data,and unleash their enormous value through intelligent calling.Behind the popularization of computing power and human-machine collaboration,AI capability has become an independent key talent indicator,determining the workplace performance and competitiveness of each professional.The standards and methods for talent cultivation,selection,and assessment are accelerating the refresh of AI capabilities,and a human resource upgrading situation of"enterprise led,government supported,and individual active participation"is taking shape.
