Constructing a Content System for Career Education in Higher Education Institutions
Career education in higher education institutions is a crucial measure to promote high-quality employment,and the construction of its content system is an important research topic of higher education.It is the basis and precondition of the construction of the content system for career education in higher education institutions to examine the current development of college career education and the new value orientation of international education innovation,and to analyze its theoretical evolution and policy trend.This study tries to construct the content system for career education in higher education institutions from six aspects:ecological adaptation,self-exploration,organizational career management,employment guidance,employment training and value leading,and put forward the advancing path and countermeasures.
