构建中国化职业生涯发展教育理论的多维审思与价值指向

目前职业生涯发展教育存在理论指导与具体实际的贴合度不足、定性分析与定量分析的融合度不够、生涯教育与专业教育的联动性不牢、创新实践与人文关怀的内驱力不强等问题.究其本质,在于尚未形成一种中国化、本土化的职业生涯发展教育理论体系,需要通过坚持党的全面领导、以人为本、"两个结合"、兼收并蓄的基本原则,以"自主意识"构建"自我认识"、以"劳动本质"构建"职业认识"、以"最高尊严"构建"职业选择"和以"美好生活"构建"职业发展"的逻辑,历史性地推进中国化职业生涯发展教育理论的命题研究,为完善就业育人体系、落实立德树人根本任务,强化中国式现代化人才支撑、加快建设人才强国,实现高质量充分就业,助力中华民族伟大复兴提供价值指向.
Multidimensional Reflection and Value Orientation on the Construction of Chinese Professional Career Planning Education Theory
Currently,there are problems in career planning education,such as insufficient alignment between theoretical guidance and practical application,insufficient integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis,weak linkage between career education and professional education,and weak internal drive for innovative practice and humanistic care.Its essence lies in the fact that a Chinese and localized theoretical system of career planning education has not yet been formed.It needs to adhere to the basic principles of the Party's comprehensive leadership,people first,"two combinations",and inclusiveness,build the logic of"self-awareness",build the logic of"career awareness",build the logic of"career choice"with"the highest dignity",and build the logic of"career development"with"a better life",so as to historically promote the innovation of the connotation and optimization of the paradigm of the Chinese career planning education theory,strengthen the support of Chinese path to modernization talents,accelerate the construction of a talent power,and realize the goal of improving the employment education system,implementing the fundamental task of moral cultivation Full employment with high quality will provide value orientation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
