Research on the Formation Mechanism and Optimization Path of Employment Advantages for Rural College Students——Analysis Based on the Strength Perspective
The employment of rural college students is closely related to the realization of social fairness and justice,profoundly affecting the pace of social progress,the vitality of economic development,the balanced allocation of talent resources,and the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Based on the strength perspective theory,research explores the key elements of its employment advantage by using the grounded theory paradigm.It is found that the construction of this advantage is rooted in multidimensional comprehensive forces,particularly in the forging of individual character,the improvement of knowledge and skills,and the construction of social support networks.At the individual level,the advantages lie in the perseverance,pragmatic and truth-seeking work attitude,innovative spirit of daring to break through,and identification with professional positions demonstrated by rural college students;At the same time,a solid foundation of professional knowledge,rich practical experience,and constantly stimulated innovation ability are the key skill elements that make them stand out in the workplace;And social support includes precise support from government policies,timely implementation of employment subsidies,and positive changes in the values of rural college students from all sectors of society.Based on the current situation of comprehensive practice and theoretical connotation,the improvement of the employment ability of rural college students still needs to gather multiple forces such as the government,society,schools,and individual students,strengthen targeted vocational skills training,broaden diversified channels for internship and practical training,pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of students'psychological qualities,build a more complete social support system,and continuously optimize the policy support framework.
