摘要
国家"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标纲要提出建设教育强国的远景目标,将"建设高质量教育体系"作为"十四五"时期的工作任务之一.高等学校构建高质量就业服务体系,是建设高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,也是落实立德树人任务、提升人才培养质量、服务高质量发展的客观要求.我国高质量就业服务体系的构建历经从无到有、从有到优的重要发展阶段.目前仍存在专业性、针对性、有效性不强等现实问题.新时代背景下,促进高质量就业,需要以"全员化、专业化、精准化、高质量"为建设目标,加快构建"五位一体"的就业服务体系.
Abstract
The national"14th Five-Year Plan"and the 2035 Vision goal outline put forward the long-term goal of building an education power,and"building a high-quality education system"as one of the tasks of the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.The construction of a high-quality employment guidance service system is an important part of the construction of a high-quality education system,and it is also an objective requirement for the implementation of the task of establishing morality and cultivating people,improving the quality of talent training,and serving high-quality development.The adaptability of social demand,the effectiveness of guidance service and the satisfaction of employment result should be taken as the important evaluation indexes of the construction of high-quality employment guidance service system.
