International Experience in Promoting the Employment of College Students at the Stage of Popularization of Higher Education
With the acceleration of the popularization of higher education,ensuring adequate and high-quality employment for college students has become a major issue of concern to all sectors of society.This paper focuses on the challenges and dilemmas of college student employment faced by the United States,Japan and Germany at the early stage of the popularization of higher education,and systematically explores the distinctive employment service models of the three countries through in-depth analyses of the functioning of the government,colleges and universities,and enterprises in the employment service system.The study aims to explore and refine the successful experiences and effective strategies of these countries in promoting the employment of college students,with a view to providing useful references and lessons for the further optimization of the employment of college graduates in China.
