摘要

紧急地震信息服务系统是国家地震烈度速报与预警工程五大技术系统的重要组成部分之一,也是对外发布紧急地震信息的关键环节和出口.作为国家地震烈度速报与预警工程"先行先试"单位,四川省地震局基于分布式服务架构开发平台,运用MQTT消息队列等技术,采用JAVA语言完成了四川紧急地震信息服务系统(B系统)的设计与定制开发.目前,该系统已纳入国家地震烈度速报与预警工程紧急地震信息发布的核心业务系统并在全国范围内部署应用,解决了现有紧急地震信息发布系统单一运行的风险,进一步提高了信息发布的稳定性、安全性和时效性.

Abstract

The emergent seismic information service system plays a crucial role in the five major technical systems of the National Seismic Intensity Fast-Early-Warning Project.It also serves as an essential link and the final outlet for the emergent seismic information for public release.Leveraging a distributed service architecture development platform,the Sichuan Earthquake Agency integrated message queuing telemetry transport and various other techniques with JAVA to independently develop and designed the system for emergent seismic information service software.Currently,this system has been integrated into the core business system of emergent seismic information release in the National Seismic Intensity Fast-Early-Warning Project and has also been deployed and utilized throughout China.Consequently,potential risks associated with the single system operation of the current emergent seismic information release have been mitigated.With this system,the stability,safety and timeliness of information release will be significantly enhanced.
