摘要
通过收集中国地震台网发布的2021年以来全球5.0级以上地震数据,以季度为单位进行统计分析,重点对2024年7-9月的地震情况进行统计分析.选取本季度发生的智利北部7.3级和萨尔瓦多附近海域6.1级两次地震作为典型地震进行重点分析、整理和归纳,对地震造成的灾害及其影响进行汇总,并分析本季度地震活动及灾害损失的特点,为相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
Using data on global earthquakes of magnitude 5.0 and above since 2021,as released by the China Earthquake Network,this paper conducts a quarterly statistical analysis,with a particular focus on earthquakes occurring between July and September 2024.Two significant events,the M7.3 earthquake in northern Chile and the M6.1 earthquake near El Salvador,are analyzed in detail as representative cases.The study examines the disasters and impacts caused by these earthquakes,summarizes the seismic activity patterns and disaster losses during the quarter,and provides insights to support further research in earthquake monitoring,disaster assessment,and mitigation strategies.
