摘要
生态产品价值核算是生态产品价值实现机制构建的重要技术支撑,对推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型具有重要意义.文章系统梳理了生态产品概念的发展历程、生态产品价值核算理论基础与核算内容,以及国内外关于功能价格法、当量因子法、能值评估法的研究进展及其应用示例,并从完善生态产品价值核算理论体系、完善生态产品价值核算技术手段、推动价值核算结果应用三个层面提出未来研究展望.
Abstract
Ecosystem product value accounting is an essential technical support for constructing an ecosystem product value realization mechanism,and is of great significance in promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.The article systematically reviews the development history of the concept of ecosystem products,the theoretical basis and accounting content of ecosystem product value accounting,as well as the research progress and application examples of the functional price method,equivalent factor method,and energy value assessment method at home and abroad,and puts forward future research prospects from three levels:improving the theoretical system of ecosystem product value accounting,improving the technical means of ecosystem product value accounting,and promoting the application of value accounting results.
