Analysis and Discussion on the Current Situation of Geological Exploration Industry in Liaoning Province
On the basis of collecting the statistical data of Liaoning province from 2016 to 2021 from the national geological exploration industry supervision service platform,and selecting five indicators that reflect the development status of the geological exploration industry,this paper analyzes the overall development trend of the geological exploration industry since the reform of geological exploration institutions in Liaoning province.The result shows that the number of employees in the geological exploration industry of Liaoning province decreased significantly,especially the middle and senior technicians,reflecting the decline trend of the whole industry.The total revenue of the geological exploration industry has increased,mainly reflected in the engineering survey and construction projects,reflecting the industrial restructuring at the national level.Increasing the average wage of employees in geological exploration industry is largely at the cost of reducing the number of practitioners.The total assets of the geological exploration industry show a downward trend while the total liabilities show an upward trend,so the asset-liability ratio increases,indicating that the geological exploration industry is declining.The paper suggests that local finance should increase capital investment,reduce exploration risks,and open up social capital investment channels;strengthen the construction of talent teams in geological exploration industry to attract and retain talents;strengthen policy guidance,promoting endogenous power of state-owned enterprises as the main force to expand mineral exploration.
