The management of overlaid mineral resources in construction projects is an important part of mineral resource administration,involving land use management,mining right approval,planning management,rights protection and so on.This paper reviews the development process and current status of the system construction of the overlaid mineral resource management of construction projects,and analyzes the existing problems of the current system in terms of management scope,approval process,compensation management of the overlaid mineral resources,and connection with other administrative management.The paper also puts forward policy suggestions,including improving the content of the overlaid mineral resource management,adjusting and optimizing the approval process,fully establishing the paid system for overlaid mineral resources,and strengthening the connection with other management regulations.
