Research on the Method of Measuring the Ecological Restoration Quality in Agricultural and Rural Spaces—An Empirical Evidence from Fengcheng City,Liaoning Province
Based on discussing the connotation and progress of the ecological restoration of national land space,with reference to the results of bibliometric analysis and policy analysis in the literature,and combined with the land carbon sink model,the paper constructed a method of measuring the quality of ecological restoration of agricultural and rural space based on the"specific gravity method and mean-variance method".The measuring method includes four dimensions and 19 specific indicators,including courtyard space ecology,ecological quality of agricultural space,ecological reconstruction of rural space,and ecological restoration of agricultural space.The validity of the measurement method is tested with the empirical object of Fengcheng city,Liaoning province.Based on the problem identification made by the empirical analysis,countermeasures for agricultural and rural space ecological restoration in Fengcheng city were proposed:①Ecological protection and restoration of courtyard space:carry out comprehensive land improvement in the whole area,carry out agricultural land and construction land consolidation.②Ecological agricultural space quality protection and restoration:carry out wildlife protection and restoration,biodiversity protection,and artificial commercial forest construction.③Rural spatial ecological transformation and restoration:carry out ecological foundation and ecological network construction,and improve the quality and stability of rural ecosystems.④Agricultural spatial ecological restoration and repair:vigorously implement the"carbon sequestration project",promote carbon trading,and explore the expansion of off-site trading channels.
