乡村生态产品价值实现的现实困境与优化路径——基于共同富裕的视角

摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征.加快乡村生态产品价值实现,是促进乡村振兴和实现共同富裕的主要抓手和必由路径.文章从乡村生态产品价值实现推动共同富裕的内在机理出发,提出乡村生态产品价值实现不仅可以促进乡村物质和精神的"双富裕",而且有助于调节城乡差距,体现公平正义.当前,乡村生态产品价值实现仍受到农民参与度不高、所需要素匹配不足、实现机制不完善等因素的制约,建议以"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念为指引,加强宣传引导、提高农民认知,完善乡村基本要素配置和相关机制的建设,有效实现乡村生态产品价值,推动农村共同富裕.
Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.Accelerating the rural eco-product value realization is the main starting point and necessary path to promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity.Based on the internal mechanism of rural eco-product value realization to promote common prosperity,this paper proposes that the realization of rural eco-product value not only can promote the"double prosperity"of rural material and spirit,but also help to regulate the urban-rural gap and reflect fairness and justice.At present,the rural eco-product value realization is still restricted by factors such as low participation of farmers,insufficient matching of required elements,and incomplete realization mechanism.It is suggested that under the guidance of the concept of"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",there is a need to strengthen publicity and guidance,improve farmers'cognition,improve the allocation of rural basic elements and the construction of related mechanisms,effectively realize the value of rural eco-product,and promote common prosperity in rural areas.
