摘要
当前地勘单位的评价指标多采用实物性成果表述,难以准确地衡量地勘单位在当地经济社会发展中的作用.文章根据《全国地质勘查行业情况通报(2022年度)》和《中国统计年鉴(2023)》披露的数据,设置地勘单位考核体系的指标,采用GDP收入法计算我国地勘单位产业增加值,从贡献能力、发展潜力、拉动能力方面对测算结果进行分析,提出地勘成果GDP化、核算政府资产化、表达服务科普化的建议.
Abstract
At present,the evaluation indexes of geological prospecting units are expressed mainly by physical achievements,which makes it difficult to accurately measure the role of geological prospecting units in local economic and social development.According to the data disclosed in Bulletin on the National Geological Exploration Industry(2022)and China Statistical Yearbook(2023),the paper sets the indexes of the assessment system of geological prospecting units,adopts the GDP income method to calculate the added value of geological prospecting units in China,and analyzes the calculation results from the aspects of contribution ability,development potential,and driving ability,and puts forward suggestions of transforming geological prospecting achievements into GDP,involving government assets into accounting,and popularizing the expression services.
