摘要
湖南省矿产资源丰富,尤其是在有色金属矿产方面更具有资源禀赋优势,并且具有良好的产业发展基础和创新发展能力,为推进湖南矿业高质量发展奠定了坚实的资源和产业基础.但经过多年的开发利用,湖南矿业高质量发展也面临资源储量不足、产业规模化集约化程度不高等瓶颈约束,急需以"做大做强做优"矿业经济为基本目标,从强化规划战略引领、发展矿业新质生产力、构建矿业投融资新格局、培育领军矿业集团、拓展矿业服务领域、改善矿业营商环境等方面发力,助推湖南矿业高质量发展.
Abstract
Hunan province is rich in mineral resources,especially having a resource endowment advantage in non-ferrous metal minerals,and has a good industrial development foundation and innovative development ability,which has laid a solid resource and industrial foundation for promoting the high-quality development of Hunan mining industry.However,after years of development and utilization,the high-quality development of Hunan mining industry is also faced with the bottleneck constraints of insufficient resource reserves and low degree of industrial scale intensification.It is urgent to take"bigger,stronger and better"mining economy as the basic goal,and make efforts in strengthening planning and strategic guidance,developing new quality productivity of the mining industry,building a new pattern of mining investment and financing,cultivating leading mining groups,expanding mining services,and improving the business environment of the mining industry,so as to promote the high-quality development of Hunan mining industry.
