Discussion on Approach to Comprehensive Land Consolidation in Industrial Region of Pearl River Delta—A Case study of Shishan Town,Foshan City
For a long time,the"village economy"represented by village-level industrial parks has caused the Pearl River Delta region to suffer from the double shackles of low land efficiency and low spatial quality,so it is urgent to awaken the urban vitality through land consolidation.Taking Shishan town of Foshan city,Guangdong province as an example,this paper analyzes the spatial dilemma of comprehensive land consolidation in industry-dominated areas,constructs a logical framework of consolidation,and clarifies the working path,with the main line of the"four concentrations"of the four types of spatial convergence of industry,town,agriculture and ecology,and the spatial support of"fragmentation and integration of urban space,agglomeration and improvement of industrial space,incremental improvement of agricultural space,and weaving of ecological space into a network",the spatial governance and policy mechanisms;this paper explores and forms the implementation path of"investigation and evaluation-goal setting-organization path-renovation measures-demonstration area-supporting policies",to reconstruct the spatial pattern,reconstruct the industrial cluster,reshape the urban form and rebuild the eco-environment.
