High-quality Integrated Development of Yangtze River Delta Area and Guarantee of Natural Resource Factors—Reflections on Natural Resource Management Reforms to Adapt to the Trends in Regional Integration
Enhancing the guarantee capacity of natural resource elements security is an important part of promoting the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta area.The article discusses the theoretical relationship between the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta area and guarantee of natural resource factors,and puts forward the necessity of strengthening the inter-administrative coordination of natural resources.The article describes ten key areas for the building of natural resource guarantee capacity in the high-quality integrated development of Yangtze River Delta area,including regional territorial spatial planning,regional territorial spatial development,natural resource exploitation,and ecological environmental protection,etc.Taking into account the China's current characteristics of natural resource management,the article puts forward several pathways and suggestions for reforming and innovating natural resource management,and improving and strengthening the guarantee capacity of natural resource factors for the high-quality integrated development of Yangtze River Delta area.
