摘要
"公园城市"是中国城市化进程中依据人居环境需求和城市生态发展趋势所提出的城市发展新理念,研究"公园城市"理念下城市生态产品的特征及其价值实现路径具有重要的理论和实践意义.相较于传统的城市生态产品,公园城市生态产品更加强调公共产品属性,以大尺度、多层级、连通性和开放性为主要形态特征.公园城市生态产品具有注重美学性、普惠性、融合性、综合性和经济性的价值特征.根据公园城市生态产品的价值形态与价值特征,从使用价值的交换主体、交换载体、交换机制等角度出发,公园城市生态产品的价值实现路径可分为生态权益与指标交易、生态空间特许经营以及协同城市生态空间与周边产业布局三类.分析北京城市绿心生态产品的特点及其价值实现路径,可丰富我国生态产品价值实现研究,并推动我国公园城市生态产品供给和价值实现的实践探索.
Abstract
"Park City"is a new concept of urban development proposed in the process of urbanization in China according to the needs of the human settlement environment and the development trend of urban ecology.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the characteristics and value realization path of urban ecological products under the concept of"Park City".Compared with traditional urban ecological products,Park City ecological products emphasize the attributes of public products,with large-scale,multi-level,connectivity,and openness as the main morphological characteristics.Park City ecological products have the value characteristics of aesthetics,universality,integration,comprehensiveness and economy.According to the value forms and characteristics of Park City ecological products,and from the perspectives of exchange subjects,exchange carriers and exchange mechanisms of use value,the value realization paths of Park City ecological products can be divided into three categories including ecological rights and index trading,ecological space franchising,and collaborative urban ecological space and surrounding industrial layout.The analysis of the characteristics and value realization path of Beijing Urban Green Heart's ecological products can enrich the research on the value realization of ecological products in China,and promote the practical exploration of the supply and value realization of Park City ecological products in China.
