Type Identification and Practical Reflection on the Marketization Revitalization of Idle Rural Homestead
As the focus of the current homestead reform,the marketization revitalization of idle homesteads has been widely adopted in China.However,the revitalization failure caused by industrial management failure has been constantly emerging with rapid development,resulting in many adverse effects on rural revitalization.According to the correlations between relevant stakeholders in the operation process of the rural tourism industry in practice,the paper divides the marketization revitalization of idle homesteads into four main types,and sorts out the differential characteristics of the four types of revitalization under different resource conditions and market location,and makes an empirical analysis based on the case of D town in Anhui province.According to the research,the current promoting path of the marketization revitalization and optimization of idle homesteads should be as follows:①Pay attention to the balanced allocation of public resources in the revitalization process.②Fully consider the market location suitability of revitalization management.③Establish a reasonable market-based interest linkage mechanism and interest adjustment mechanism.Accordingly,the paper suggests that the government should improve the policies of idle homestead revitalization,make a careful assessment before introducing industrial and commercial capital to carry out marketization revitalization,and simultaneously establish a cooperative revitalization model mainly in the form of equity and contract dividends.
