Reference and Enlightenment from Foreign Mine Eco-Restoration Management Experience
In the early 20th century, the western mining countries began relevant research on mine eco-restoration.Through the formulation of mine environmental protection laws, the establishment of mine environmental management system, the development of restoration standards and technical requirements, the implementation of market mechanism and public participation mechanism, they have established a relatively complete mine environmental management system. In contrast, mine eco-restoration work in China started late, but the restoration process is accelerating. In recent years, mine ecological restoration management system in China has been constantly improved, but there are still a series of practical problems to be urgently solved in the promotion and implementation of the system.Based on the research and summary of the mine eco-restoration management experience of western mining countries, the current situation and problems of mine eco-restoration management in China were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward to optimize and improve the mine eco-restoration system and mechanism in China from the aspects such as improving the legal and regulatory system, improving the supervision and management system, promoting the formulation of technological innovation and related standards and norms, building a long-term market-oriented mechanism and the public participation mechanism.
